Reference analysis:

Self publicated sources do not help establish notability.
The "Redditch and Alcester Advertiser" reference is an advertisement. It is therefore not independent.
Refs 5 and 6 do not appear to demonstrate notability.
The "Charity Today" is the best attempt, though the refuge is the center of the article, not the company.
