Talk:Sleepees[edit]

I notice this page is linked from the page on Bill C-51. It seems to have been deleted in the past, so either the link from the Bill C-51 page should be removed, or a page should be created here. I'm new to the wiki and don't want to get into trouble creating a previously deleted page, but I think a page explaining that this was a natural health product that made national (Canadian) headlines due to its illegal use of a benzodiazepine, and its subsequent recall would hardly constitute advertising. --Synaptophysin (talk) 15:36, 7 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Moderated nuclear explosion AfD discussion -- radiopharmaceutical relevance[edit]

Hi, I found you listed on the Project Physics page. A research topic has emerged in the AfD discussion for moderated nuclear explosion, specifically this paper. Specifically, I'd like to know what that paper actually says about [this one http://www.springerlink.com/content/d71710g0012116x4/fulltext.pdf]. Do you have access to the former? Hi there - I'll actually take myself off the list, as I've had no time to do any work on the physics pages, though I don't mind talking about the subject. Yes, I have access to both articles; what are you interested in? The 2010 paper only refers to the Pakhomov paper once, in a footnote: "For a long time only Germany was known to have measured radioxenon from the Chernobyl accident. Recently, however, 133Xe concentrations around 1.5 Bq/m3 were reported from late April 1986 in Cherepovetz, Russia (PAKHOMOV and DUBASOV, 2008).". --Synaptophysin (talk) 16:02, 18 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

July 2012 Study of authors of health-related Wikipedia pages[edit]

My name is Nuša Farič and I am a Health Psychology MSc student at the University College London (UCL). I am currently running a quantitative study entitled Who edits health-related Wikipedia pages and why? I am interested in the editorial experience of people who edit health-related Wikipedia pages. I am interested to learn more about the authors of health-related pages on Wikipedia and what motivations they have for doing so. I am currently contacting the authors of randomly selected articles and I noticed that someone at this address edited an article on Influenza.
