WP:IPCEXAMPLES gives some context for Wikipedia's attitude to popular culture sections. If someone had written a song about the Caledonian Estate then that would be worth mentioning, but the song you're linking to here just mentions it by name in a list of a dozen or so other places in north London. A reader who clicks through to find out more about the song, or brings it up to listen to, isn't going to learn anything about the Caledonian Estate from that. --Belbury (talk) 10:30, 19 March 2024 (UTC)
