User talk:The Exiled Fighter
Hello. I saw that you recently deleted some vandalism at the gypsy page. You did absolutely the right thing (your explanation could have simply stated 'removed racist comments' and be done, btw, no need to give further reasons on the article talk). However, that stuff wasn't there long (maybe a day at most, the same crap had been added a few days ago), as people like you and me are watching and reverting. Which is the point I'd like to make - when you deleted the comment, you missed some more vandalism that had also been introduced (since been removed as well).
So when you see something like that, have a look at the 'history' tab, and look into previous edits. Try looking at the "diffs" (select two articles and press 'compare selected version') to see who introduced the vandalism, and whether you have reverted all of it. Just explaining it to you, as you seemed new to how the reverting and vandal-fighting works most efficiently on Wikipedia. Happy editing, and if you have any questions, ask me on my user talk MadMaxDog 09:25, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
