It is vital that to read and act on this in order for any copyright materials to remain. The draft will inevitably be deleted unless you do. If it is deleted before you do that is not a problem since, once the correct procedure has been followed, it can and will be resurrected.

We need evidence that the copyright material can be released into Wikipedia, and we cannot take just your say so, as I am sure you can imagine and will agree. Fiddle Faddle 07:17, 7 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Make sure you submit the evidence that Maggie has donated the copyright correctly (click the title of this section) and you will have no problem. Also note the OTRS applied for thing you can add to the draft. ADD that thing! Fiddle Faddle 10:52, 7 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I see it in the draft, but please make sure you have also submitted it as specified at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials through the OTRS system. I know it's a pain, but it's a necessary one. Fiddle Faddle 12:46, 7 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, I have the formal donation from Maggie, and I have submitted it to the system for approval. The fact that I have submitted it is now on the article. That is one hurdle jumped. It has to be approved, but that is a matter of process.
There is the next hurdle. Maggie's work is her original research except where backed with significant coverage of the house, independent of it and in WP:RS. This is a hurdle that may be harder to jump. So find references for each fact that you can. Be prepared to base the draft on Maggie's work, but please do not be wed to 100% of her work.
I have now become too involved with this article to provide a competent and unbiased review myself, so will help you all I can, but cannot actually review it now. Fiddle Faddle 17:13, 7 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
An OTRS volunteer has responded to Maggie with advice about licencing, since her original release has been judged to be insufficient. I may not reproduce that email here under the rules which keep emails confidential, even ones of this businesslike nature. Maggie will have received the email earlier today. Please liaise with her to help her make a decision. If she replies directly to the email, despite the fact it was sent to me, cc her, with permission to use the correct licence then all will move forwards, albeit slowly. The system is heavily backlogged. Fiddle Faddle 06:33, 30 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:Mansion House, Hurstpierpoint, a page you created, has not been edited in 6 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 01:48, 8 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Toby Lott. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Mansion House".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Draft:Mansion House, Hurstpierpoint}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 12:00, 12 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
