Hello Top.Editor. I saw the section on your user talk page, but I wanted to ask this question publicly, on Wikipedia itself. I noticed this edit to your userpage. What do you mean by "you cannot stop any user by contributing even by blocking!"? Did you have a previous Wikipedia account that was blocked? Howicus Hi, no i believe that blocking is not a root solution to eliminate undesired users. I think that they should consider a better solutions!Top.Editor (talk) 16:29, 15 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Howicus it is like punishment not a solution. Exactly like imprisoning a hungry thief. The prison will not stop his crimes because he is hungry....You did not solve the root cause of his problem..He will repeat his acts again after his release!Top.Editor (talk) 16:43, 15 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
