Proposed deletion of Katarzyna Dąbrowska[edit]

Ambox warning yellow.svg

The article Katarzyna Dąbrowska has been proposed for deletion because, under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. AllyD (talk) 19:58, 8 March 2012 (UTC)

Flags[edit]

Please don't add flags to infoboxes. Our manual of style, specifically MOS:FLAG, frowns upon it. Favonian (talk) 19:10, 18 March 2012 (UTC)

Weronika Książkiewicz[edit]

Hi! It seems you recently created an unreferenced biography of a living person: Weronika Książkiewicz. The community has decided that all new biographies of living persons must contain a reliable source that supports at least one statement made about the person in the article as per our verifiability policy. Please add references as soon as possible. Thanks! --LaraBot (talk) 00:10, 26 April 2012 (UTC)

Copernicus[edit]

Hi. I believe the Copernicus article discusses his (disputed) nationality. --MZMcBride (talk) 15:34, 12 May 2012 (UTC)

Also, the best place to discuss article issues is the talk page for the article itself, not the talk page for the last person to edit the article. Odds are, the last editor is not the person responsible for the content you question. In this case, DL Bot is not even a person! Isaac Rabinovitch (talk) 20:22, 12 May 2012 (UTC)

Re:Germans[edit]

I didn't write that Copernicus was German. So, don't write this what isn't truth./Nie pisałem, że Kopernik był Niemcem, więc nie wypisuj mi na stronie dyskusji kłamstw.Szymek484 (talk) 20:47, 12 May 2012 (UTC)

I am not saying that you just wrote. I wrote to you because I wanted to know if you think he was from Germany or from Poland. If you are painting something very sorry./Ja nie twierdzę , że Pan tak napisał. Napisałem do ciebie , bo chciałam się dowiedzieć czy według ciebie on był z Niemiec czy z Polski. Jeżeli czymś Cię obraziam to bardzo przepraszam. Top811 (talk)

Germans[edit]

I don't understand your message to me. I can't see a photo of, or containing an image of, Copernicus in the above article. Why did you leave me this message? Denisarona (talk) 12:35, 13 May 2012 (UTC)

French people[edit]

Text copied from User talk:Denisarona

Hi, the picture is representing the French Marie Sklodowska Curie (she is from Poland!!), who lives in France. Is not this a bug? What do you think? Top811 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 17:37, 13 May 2012 (UTC).

The picture is of Marie Curie. She doen't live in France - she lived in France. It is not a bug. I think she was French-Polish because she was born in Poland and later became a French citizen. What is the problem? Denisarona (talk) 09:50, 14 May 2012 (UTC)

Europe 10,000 Challenge invite[edit]

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Europe/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Iberian Peninsula, Romania, Slovenia etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. If you would like to see masses of articles being improved for Europe and your specialist country like Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon, sign up today and once the challenge starts a contest can be organized. This is a way we can target every country of Europe, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant and also sign under any country sub challenge on the page that you might contribute to! Thank you. --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 21:09, 7 November 2016 (UTC)
