Linking[edit]

Hi, and thanks for your good work on the English Wikipedia!

Please note that dates, years, and common terms are not normally linked in articles. You'll find more here on this; please ask me if you need any advice, specifically on this point, or more generally.

Best wishes, and please continue your work with us.

Cheers, Tony (talk) 12:05, 6 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Eyesnore (PC) 23:10, 7 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Notice of Edit warring noticeboard discussion[edit]

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. The thread is Edit_warring#User:Venus_fzy_reported_by_User:Eyesnore_.28Result:_.29. Thank you. Eyesnore (PC) 23:40, 7 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

ANEW[edit]

I've reviewed the report filed against you for edit warring on the Šar Mountains article. It's clear that you have violated WP:3RR. However, you can avoid being blocked if you agree not to edit the article at all for 7 days. In addition, at the end of the 7 days, you should not battle in the article over content but discuss it on the article talk page. You must agree to these terms before you contribute elsewhere on Wikipedia, or you may be blocked. Thanks.--Bbb23 (talk) 00:56, 8 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This is Venus's response from my talk page:

Hello. I will agree to the terms and policy on editing rules but I still think that my suggestions regarding Šar Mountains article should be considered. Venus fzy (talk) 10:14, 8 April 2013 (UTC)

Venus, based on your agreement, I have closed the report at ANEW. As for considering your suggestions, even during the 7-day period, you are free to discuss your suggestions on the article talk page; you just can't edit the article. If you cannot obtain a consensus for your viewpoint, you are also free to explore other dispute resolution mechanisms.--Bbb23 (talk) 22:29, 8 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Cinema of Kosovo[edit]

I removed the "warning" message as you seem to be genuine. I didn't immediately realise you launched the article. Either way, I am happy to discuss the direction of the page and I began a discussion here[1]. I look forward to your comments. Evlekis (Евлекис) (argue) 17:14, 19 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
