Landon Donovan[edit]

Because of the transfer window system no players may join a Premier League club until Jan 2 2010 (except for in special circumstances). Therefore, please stop changing pages to state that Landon Donovan is on loan at Everton as this is a future event that will not definitely happen - see WP:CRYSTALBALL for more details on Wikipedia policies regarding this. Sol Campbell[edit]

Is there a source available that states he has been handed the number 13 shirt? Cheers, Mattythewhite (talk) 00:18, 16 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Morari Bapu[edit]

Hi, you have now twice reverted my edits to Morari Bapu without including any explanation why. I have begun a discussion at Talk:Morari Bapu, but I also wanted to address you directly. Somebody added "Moraridas Hariyani" as Morari Bapu's "real" name, but did not provide a source for that name. All material added to Wikipedia must be backed up by a reliable source. Otherwise, any user is free to remove that information, which is exactly what I did. Do you have a source for Moraridas Hariyani being Morari Bapu's real name? If so, then please add it to the article. Otherwise, please stop reverting me. Thanks! --Hnsampat (talk) 22:49, 31 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Nikola Žigić[edit]

Hello. Thanks for noticing that Nikola Žigić still had his Valencia squad number, but please don't invent a new one to put in its place. Birmingham's squad numbers won't come out until July at the very earliest. cheers, Struway2 (talk) 14:59, 26 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

William Gallas[edit]

Hi. Do you have a source for William Gallas's squad number being 13? Cordless Larry (talk) 12:22, 22 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Infobox dates[edit]

Hello, I'm Mattythewhite. Welcome to Wikipedia! I just wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions was not quite right. When updating statistics within the infobox of a footballer, please make sure you update the timestamp at the same time, so that both readers and fellow editors know when the information was last updated.

You can do this by replacing the existing timestamp within the |club-update= or |pcupdate= parameter for club stats, or the |nationalteam-update= or |ntupdate= parameter for international stats, by adding five tildes (~~~~~), which generates the specific time the update was made.

If you have any questions about this, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you, Mattythewhite (talk) 15:05, 23 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
