Hi, I notice you have uploaded this image and tagged it {{Don't know}}. This image appears to be Image:Pentagram4.png flipped upside down, in which case it would be public domain, as the original is. Copyright information on images on Wikipedia is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use.
