Disambiguation link notification for December 13[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Los Cabos International Airport, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Magni (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Wikidata and Interwiki links[edit]

Wikidata-logo-en.svg

You are receiving this as you have recently added an interwiki link to a page!

Wikidata has been deployed to the English Wikipedia. Wikidata manages interwiki links on a separate project on pages such as this. This means that on Wikipedia articles there is now a language bar on the left hand side of your screen where you can edit and add links rather than adding them into the articles themselves.

If you have any questions regarding Wikidata please use the talk page Wikipedia talk:Wikidata.

Information icon Hello, I'm Jetstreamer. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Carlos Rovirosa Pérez International Airport, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. WP:NOTBROKEN[edit]

Please stop bypassing redirects in list of destinations at airport articles. Do take a look at WP:NOTBROKEN regarding the matter.--Jetstreamer Talk 13:15, 14 February 2015 (UTC)

I've reverted your latest fixations of redirects, such as this [1] one. It is expected that you talk with other editors if there's any disagreement rather than reverting without any explanation.--Jetstreamer Talk 14:23, 18 March 2015 (UTC)
I have removed [2] this [3] edit. You keep ignoring the messages above and continue with your disruptive behaviour, pushing your preferred version of the page and not engaging in any kind of discussion, here or at the article's talk, in spite of the aforementioned guidelines. The next time you bypass any redirect I will report you to an admin for disruption.--Jetstreamer Talk 10:21, 15 May 2015 (UTC)
The next time you do not follow WP:UNBROKEN [4] I will report you both for not following the guidelines and for not communicationg with others and warring. Don't like the guidelines? Gain consensus to change them.--Jetstreamer Talk 20:59, 17 March 2016 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Viva Aerobus at Las Vegas[edit]

I feel we should just remove this listing in the Airlines and Destinations tables. The flight is only operating for two months, and there hasn't been any press release or news article on it, unlike the many that were posted when Viva Aerobus resumed LAS-MTY in Dec 2014 (here and here). I doubt this is a seasonal service that will repeat for another two months next winter. Seems more like some holiday charters or something. I will wait for your input before deleting this.

Also, no end date for seasonal routes are to be listed, per WP:AIRPORT-CONTENT. #8: "For flights that do not operate year round, destinations should be listed on a separate line from year-round destinations, with seasonal destinations listed after the Seasonal label, e.g. "Seasonal: Chicago–O'Hare". Do not include beginning or ending dates." - ✈Sunnya343✈ (talk) 22:11, 6 June 2016 (UTC)

July 2016[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Mexico City International Airport. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. --Cameron11598 (Talk) 01:05, 28 July 2016 (UTC)

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport[edit]

You seem to be randomly removing sourced data from airport articles. I'm not sure why you're doing this because you're not leaving edit summaries. Could you please explain before you continue? Thank you. Magnolia677 (talk) 22:41, 3 November 2016 (UTC)

You partly explained your edit in your latest edit. Why remove the source? Please answer here. Thank you. Magnolia677 (talk) 22:47, 3 November 2016 (UTC)
We always remove the source when it begins (or ends) a route...the article can't be full of sources for each city...Vmzp85 (talk) 22:51, 3 November 2016 (UTC)

Edit warring at VivaAerobús destinations[edit]

Hello Amzp85. You have been warned per the result of the discussion at the edit warring noticeboard. If you continue to revert the content of this list (without first getting support on Talk) you are risking a block. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 14:12, 13 June 2017 (UTC)

@EdJohnston: Please note that this user insists on pushing their version of the article without prior discussions [6] and ignoring the warnings left at their talk page.--Jetstreamer Talk 23:33, 21 June 2017 (UTC)
@EdJohnston:  please note that this user is a spoiled boy, that does not let grow to Wikipedia, I only made the change to improve a table that had no order, besides I am always aware of the start dates or changes in the routes; I do not know what this person wants, but apparently he has severe personal problems. --Vmzp85 (talk) 00:27, 22 June 2017 (UTC)

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 48 hours for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.

For edit warring at VivaAerobús destinations and making personal attacks, as when you call the other user a "spoiled boy" who has "severe personal problems". Nothing prevents you from discussing this on the talk page, but you decline to do so. EdJohnston (talk) 00:55, 22 June 2017 (UTC)

You insisted on your version of the list with the edit here on June 21 even though others disagreed. This was a resumption of the war for which you were warned on June 13. After this warning you made no effort to discuss and get support for your change. Your version seems to violate the convention established by the project at Wikipedia:WikiProject Aviation/Style guide/Layout (Airlines)#Destinations. EdJohnston (talk) 01:03, 22 June 2017 (UTC)
