Thank you for correcting the Powers Boothe article. I was going to revert it myself, but I figured I'd discuss it in the Talk page. I'm glad someone did it, though. DTXBrian (talk) 02:24, 15 May 2017 (UTC)
On 26 May 2014, In the news was updated with an item that involved the article 2014 Isla Vista massacre, which you substantially updated. If you know of another recently created or updated article suitable for inclusion in ITN, please suggest it on the candidates page.
HI WWGB, I'm a researcher at Sydney Uni and would like to contact you. I'm not sure how best to do this and hoping this message somehow reaches you....Doctor 17. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Doctor 17 (talk • contribs) 08:45, 18 April 2017 (UTC)
The Victorian Director of Public Prosecutions is pursuing prosecutions for contempt of court, and the court has been made aware that Wikipedia violated the suppression order. I came to the discussion with the intention of closing it, and later archiving so that it would be off the talk page and away from prying eyes. I understand that you didn't appreciate my flagrant comment, but I see you've ultimately come to the same conclusion, and perhaps that's for the best. While I don't hold the administrative bit on this wiki, I do have some legal training and I work on OTRS doing a significant quantity of legal triage, and I was simply venting my concern for some of the Australian editors who appeared to be in violation of the order. If this was interpreted as an attempt at intimidation then I apologise. TheDragonFire (talk) 08:50, 26 February 2019 (UTC)
Two elements of CSD G6 have been split into their own criteria: R4 for redirects in the "File:" namespace with the same name as a file or redirect at Wikimedia Commons (Discussion), and G14 for disambiguation pages which disambiguate zero pages, or have "(disambiguation)" in the title but disambiguate a single page (Discussion).
NPR is not a binary keep / delete process. In many cases a redirect may be appropriate. The deletion policy and its associated guideline clearly emphasise that not all unsuitable articles must be deleted. Redirects are not contentious. See a classic example of the templates to use. More templates are listed at the R template index. Reviewers who are not aware, do please take this into consideration before PROD, CSD, and especially AfD because not even all admins are aware of such policies, and many NAC do not have a full knowledge of them.

I suggest you start taking a look how licensing on YouTube works, before you start editing out of unsubstantiated suspicion. People like you don't seem to have any idea how much time it takes to find CC images or videos, especially when it is necessary to dig through a fast corpus of ever growing data. And then the time to check and doublecheck and upload and see if the description is right and complete. "Oh, likely copyvio". No, it's not. It's depressing to see ones efforts so easily depreciated, especially by someone with over twelve years of experience. If you don't like the video added to the article, go to the Talk page, where I had already started a topic on it. Jürgen Eissink (talk) 05:29, 18 March 2019 (UTC).
Hi WWGB, hope you're doing well. I'm one of the administrators watching over the Christchurch page. I know you would already be keeping a watch over WP:3RR, but just dropped in here to ensure you don't accidentally cross it. Edits like are surely a part of the editorial process when active participation is going in a current topic; just do ensure nobody takes offence or complains for any revert. Do reach out to me if I can help. Warmly, Lourdes 09:39, 18 March 2019 (UTC)
