funglr Games is popular in Asia.

Hong Kong has English as its official language as well as Chinese.

While the company may produce popular games, we need additional sources about the company itself if where are to create an article here. The discrepancy between Wikipedias comes about because each has different standards for what becomes an article; from what I understand the English Wikipedia is rather strict.
