Aligns with 2005 UCI Track Cycling World Championships (last such UCI championships on American soil) with correct MDY for American races. As per the road races of the Tour of California, Tour of Utah et al. The other years for cyclo-cross should be the other way about, due to European date formats. Killing two birds with one stone.
