Miami University Glee Club Page

Thank you WikiDan61 for your review and suggestions for improvement to the Miami University Glee Club page. I understand the concerns, and I am working on improving the page based on those suggestions. It may take a little time (couple weeks) given my personal and work schedule. Not sure how long the sweeping process works on Wikipedia, but I would very much appreciate the chance to continue to improve the page. As a glee club that has impressed choral conductors and held its own at recent national conferences, sharing the stage with the Harvard, Morehouse, University of Michigan, and Rutgers glee clubs (all of which, have their own Wikipedia pages) in just the past three years, I and many others, strongly believe the Miami University Glee Club is very much of note. Improvisation News

Hi there - I am a new contributor, and am trying to help create the improvisation news website listing. This is a very real comedy resource that is utilized by established comedians in New York City. Could you please advise me on how to improve the article so that it doesn't keep getting marked/flagged? Hi Dan , I wrote the article 'Amir Borghei' last year & I just found out that it went under section A7 & was deleted. I was asked by several french & korean car designers to publish this page as a memoir of all his hard work & amazing designs. I don't have access to the article to review, but if it was deleted under WP:CSD#A7, it means you did not show how Borghei is notable under Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion. As his son, you are actually not a trusted source. Because of your conflict of interest, you can't be counted on to write a fair and neutral article. The material you have added is clearly marked at copyrighted at the source website, and is thus a violation of Wikipedia's copyright policy. Even if you resolve the issue (by following the instructions at WP:Donating copyrighted material), the material is inappropriate because

1. it is not written from a neutral point of view and
2. it is not verifiably sourced

Also, because of your stated conflict of interest with the subject, you really should not be editing the article at all. If you feel that the information in the article is materially incorrect, you may make a note of that fact on the talk page and an independent editor will evaluate your comments and make appropriate changes to the article. Thanks, WikiDan. We are new to this so learning - please be patient! I can (and will) grant free use of the material from www.icrp.org, which solves the copyright issue. From what I've read it should be enough to be completely up front about our conflict of interest, and because of it we will need to take special care in editing. Nonetheless, this should not prevent us from editing as long as we ensure what we write is from a neutral point of view and use material that is verifiably sourced. Of course this means that we will be very cautions to "inform and reference, not promote or sell", "be transparent about your conflict of interest" and "write without bias, as if you don't work for the company or personally know the subject" etc. Indeed, the wording "as if you don't work for the company" from Wiki's own neutral point of view page implies that it is OK that we work for ICRP (not so much a "company" as a registered charity), and edit the ICRP entry on Wikipedia, as long as we maintain a neutral point of view. About Gary Blake page

Hi WikiDan61. I see that you wrote that the page I created for Gary Blake doesn't have any references, but I've included more than a few. I work as Gary Blake's personal assistant and most of the information (which is quite objective) I've gotten from his website, or himself. There exist no other credible sources aside from articles he's written, his own personal site, or his books. What you've done is make some vague references to things like "The Writing Workshop" and "Gary Blake's Publications", but those don't really help because

1. there isn't sufficient information in the citation to understand how to access the material
2. the citations appear to be to sources that Blake himself has created or controls, which means that they don't count as reliable sources.

Since you are Mr Blake's personal assistant, you have a conflict of interest regarding this subject: your goal is to promote Mr Blake, but that is never Wikipedia's purpose.

My goal is not to promote Mr. Blake -- just have a Wikipedia page so that he can be recognized on the internet. As an author, he is noteworthy enough to have a page. I don't have much of a bias, as I don't work for him currently. I saw he did not have a page, while his colleagues did so decided to create one for him. There are credible sources -- which I have posted -- besides his own publications, that show he is truly an author. I could take the time to "create" more credible sources online, but they would just be reiterations of the sources currently available. Nothing in the article is written with a bias, and to me it seems all very standard. I do not understand how the largest attorney operated registered agent in the state of Delaware, which is the formation state for over half of Fortune 500 companies could be nominated for speedy deletion. There are smaller registered agents in Delaware who have not had their pages nominated for speedy deletion. There must be some sort of problem with my references that warrant this deletion. Yes, there are problems with your references: they are all either primary sources or indicate merely trivial mention, not significant coverage. Being the "largest attorney-operated registered agent in Delaware" is not necessarily a clear road to notability. Are there non-attorney-operated registered agents that are larger? Is the registered agent business that notable to begin with? Being a big fish in a little pond doesn't make a company notable. I don't see that there is a category for Registered Agents in Delaware, so I'm not sure how I could compare your article to others. Perhaps these other firms have business beside registered agency that makes them notable. In any case, the existence of other poor articles on Wikipedia is not an excuse to keep this poor article. Perhaps, when your first article, on Agents and Corporations, Inc. was deleted, you should have looked into the reasons and understood them prior to recreating this new article. Thank you for your explanation. Every business in America requires a registered agent from the day it is formed to the day it is dissolved. The registered agent serves the important role of receiving lawsuits and official notices. Registered Agent has a Wikipedia page, so I will assume that there are instances where certain registered agents could be reputable enough to warrant their own Wikipedia pages. Registered Agents do not normally receive significant media coverage. For example, CT (company) is the largest registered agent in the world, and the very few references to its content come from a primary source, a rather vague reference to a book that hasn't been reviewed on books.Google (that also does not recognize CT (Company) in its internal search), and a single German news article. Likewise, Delaware Intercorp, a company that is similar but smaller than IncNow's size (although you wouldn't be able to tell that from its Wikipedia page) uses references to its own website, sources that "indicate merely trivial mention" (as far as I can see), and sources that redirect to pages that don't exist or need a subscription to read. Corporation service company is another massive registered agent that has sources like the Registered Agents I previously mentioned. Perhaps I am misinterpreting the definition of significant coverage.

Many people form small registered agent services that operate out of their home or a trailer. People forming a business have the right to be able to distinguish reputable registered agents from the fly-by-night and mom-and-pop registered agent businesses. Being around since 1974 sends a signal of dependability. Another signal of professionalism is being operated by attorneys. For example LegalZoom was started in 2000 by a couple kids in their twenties who obtained venture capital to hire an expensive spokesperson, Robert Shapiro, to make advertisements for them. This does not mean that they are dependable. Instead having corporate lawyers running an incorporation service suggests that the businesses will be set-up properly. There are 7 larger registered agents in Delaware, but there are hundreds smaller. There are also other registered agents in Delaware operated by attorneys, but none have as many customers as IncNow. This sets IncNow aside from the rest. For example, John Williams, vice president gives continuing education seminars every year through National Business Institute on special uses of the Delaware LLC to other Delaware lawyers. When law schools teach corporate law, they teach Delaware corporate law. This makes the business significant to entrepreneurs in America which is the backbone of the American economy. Delaware is the gold-standard for incorporation and the US Chamber of Commerce has ranked it number one since they started their survey on state legal systems. The incorporation services that offer services in all 50 states are not "better" than IncNow because they offer it more states because they are not specialized. Often those incorporation services only file documents provided to them or only follow state default forms. Getting an attorney operated incorporation service to set-up a business means that the business owner can depend on the documents they are receiving not to be default forms full of blanks. At IncNow, we are also the only registered agent in Delaware to provide signature ready documents to customers that are not filled with blanks. This service sets apart IncNow for those in the know and for those who understand the importance of their initial company documents that found their companies, like the founding documents for the United States are important as a basis for everything that follows. As such, the incorporators and registered agents serve a vital role to individual businesses and to the economy generally.

Also, IncNow is the company's recognized name and the service that actually incorporates companies. This is why the page was recreated under IncNow and not Agents and Corporations, Inc. Awalczak (talk) 20:04, 27 June 2012 (UTC)

Wow, that's a lot of argument! Unfortunately, it contains a few fallacies, both regarding the law in general and Wikipedia policies.

1. The primary fallacy as I see it is the advantage of having lawyers run a registered agent business. As I understand it (and I understand it fairly well having just completed the process of incorporating a business), the registered agent's sole function is to receive official documents on behalf of the company (mainly services of process). So, if a company keeps itself out of trouble that would require service of process, the company will probably never utilize the services of their registered agents, and only employ them because state regulations require them to do so. So, there does not appear to be any need for a lawyer to perform this function -- anyone with an address should be able to handle the job.
2. You also appear to confuse the function of a registered agent with that of a corporate attorney. I can hire any attorney licensed in Delaware to form a Delaware corporation, and then turn around and hire any other registered agency to handle that function. I can get a perfectly sound corporate footing without relying on a registered agent who also happens to be an attorney.
3. Thirdly (and this is a Wikipedia thing), you appear to confuse importance with notability. Even if we stipulate the importance of using an attorney-led registered agent (which I don't, but let's assume we do for the sake of argument), this does not make any individual firm notable. That is only verified by adherence to the Wikipedia notability guidelines.
4. You appear to have ignored the WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS guideline that I pointed out before. Just because there are articles on other registered agents, that doesn't mean that this article on your firm should remain. (I presume from the forcefulness of your arguments that you are employed by this firm in some capacity -- please refer to WP:COI for notes on that.) If the other companies are insufficiently notable, those articles may need to be deleted also. But that is a discussion for a different venue. WikiDan61^ChatMe!_ReadMe!! 20:29, 27 June 2012 (UTC)

1. (A) The assistance of a lawyer operated service helps because the certificate of formation or certificate of incorporation is going to be more complete. For example in Delaware for a corporation, if you use a non-attorney operated formation service in the certificate of incorporation certain things will be missing. For example in a non-profit from a non-attorney operated service, the three paragraphs required by the IRS that state what happens to a company's funds if they go out of business are not included. Before the non-profit corporation can be qualified as a 501(c)(3) it would need to go back and amend its certificate of incorporation. As a second example, in a for-profit corporation under the Delaware General Corporation Law, the certificate must have certain things or you don't get them. These include the right to have director amended bylaws and director immunity for breaches of fiduciary duties, except for breaches of the duty of loyalty. Non-attorney operated services only include the default language that are on the state forms, where this language is excluded. The blanks on the internal company documents is another problem. I am not sure how you received your LLC agreement for your company, assuming it was an LLC, but chances are that it did not have a number of provisions in it which are included in our attorney operated service, for example, valuation provisions if there is a partnership disagreement and rights of first refusal to purchase LLC interests from other members before they sell to third parties. If you have a one-person LLC, these may not be big concerns of yours, but if you had a business partner, this should be a critical concern. The LLC agreement is what controls the relationship in the case of a dispute. It also proves you own the company. If you ever change owners or add a member, if you used IncNow, we could provide you with an amended and restated LLC agreement to properly transfer those interests. (B) The job of the registered agent, after the formation documents are sent out in Delaware, is to ensure that state notices are forwarded to the customer as well as lawsuits. In our notices regarding state notices, we provide detailed instructions on what happens if you fail to file the report and assist in filing the annual report for a corporation or LLC. This is a matter of state compliance to keep your liability shield. Many other agents, simply forward the notice and are not particularly helpful at answering what may be threshold advice or assisting in the process. Of course, if your company is sued by someone, that is why you set-up the business in the first place. You want to have a dependable registered agent who gets the notice to you in a timely manner and even provides some guidance on the next step, in what would be a very stressful situation. (C) The final job is to help at the final stages when it is time to wind-down the operations of the company. The registered agent operated by a lawyer can help save you money by no just telling you what the state tells you, that you need to file a certificate of cancellation, but may provide an alternate method of cancelling by letting the agent resign, which could save you hundreds of dollars.
2. As for the job of the registered agent, the other job is the incorporator. There is no question you can hire a corporate attorney, but doing so would cost at least $1000 and you would end up at the same place if you hired IncNow which is operated by attorneys. This is a value proposition, which differentiates IncNow from the competition and one reason it is the largest attorney-operated registered agent service in Delaware, because IncNow is not just registered agent. It is also organizer or incorporator drafting documents.
3. As far as notable, the companies we act as registered agent for are notable, including Pinterest. Additionally, IncNow has been covered by international television stations ranging from China to Switzerland. The story in China was about the first Chinese person to buy an american bank. It was all over the Chinese News earlier this year and included an interview with John Williams. Swiss National Public Television did an interview with John Williams of IncNow to ask about how Delaware became ranked as the number one tax haven in the world. Also interviewed was the Delaware Secretary of State. John Williams also has presented numberous continuing education conferences to Delaware attorneys about the use of the LLC. He has been interviewed by Compliance Weekly about Senator Levin's beneficial disclosure bill in 2008. Also IncNow was the first registered agent to offer the series LLC on its website in 2004. IncNow was the first incorporation service to have a mobile site with the ability to complete an order form with a mobile device. IncNow has been referenced in a Wikipedia article about the Series LLC since at least 2009. There are all references to this in various sources (check original Agents and Corporations, Inc. article), but seldom significant coverage in the media. Every other registered agent Wikipedia page I have read does not have significant coverage in their references as far as I can see. As far as notability goes, I referenced third-party sources in my Agents and Corporations, Inc. page, but that was also cited for insignificance. It's very difficult for registered agents, although they operate in a billion-dollar industry, to comprehensively meet the standard.
4. The other services fairly deserve Wikipedia acknowledgement. I am not suggesting that they are worthy/unworthy of this recognition because IncNow is worthy/unworthy of recognition. I am trying to put the Wikipedia notability guideline in a context I can understand so that I can improve the page's references to meet these standards. I also referenced them to underline the fact that Registered agent's do not receive much significant coverage within media. I think my examples demonstrated that. Your assumption that only an attorney will be able to get the incorporation correct is typical of attorneys ("you have to use us or you won't get things right"). The example you give:

may be true if the person handling the incorporation has not done their homework. Having just incorporated a non-profit (not in Delaware) I am familiar with the clause you mentioned and knew therefore that the standard state incorporation form would not be appropriate. While it is true that an attorney can help with these pitfalls, it is not true that an attorney is required to avoid these pitfalls. And, you are confusing the role of an incorporator with the role of a registered agent (both of which services your firm appears to provide). Any attorney can handle incorporation, but I don't need an attorney-based registered agent to get an attorney to be my incorporator. Getting both services from the same place may be a value proposition, but it does not make your company notable.

The notability of IncNow's clients is not really material to the discussion. (Notability is not inherited.) John Williams' notability as a recognized expert in the field of Delaware corporate law might make him notable, if sufficient significant coverage can be found to meet Wikipedia's inclusion criteria for biographies. (Note that being used as an "expert" for quotes in articles about other issues generally does not qualify as notability.)

The relevant guidelines for notability for companies are found at WP:ORG. The language is quite clear, and should not be difficult to understand. Basically, you will need to show that any independent publication (either print or online) has looked at IncNow and said "you know, this is something we should write about". Keep in mind that the main reason for the notability standards is to satisfy Wikipedia's requirement of verifiability. In order to verify the information in an article, we must rely on independent third-party sources that have reported the information (and ideally have a history of editorial practice that ensures that these facts have been checked). In yesterday's Sunday New York Times above-the-fold on the first page, there was an article about Corporation Trust located at 1209 N. Orange Street in Wilmington, Delaware, our next-door-neighbor, and how it serves as registered agent to over 200,000 entities. Although the article was not about IncNow, it was about the industry and a peer in the industry, which shows how current and notable a registered agent can be in Delaware and how it is the focus of a major publication on its biggest news day, Sunday. This article could have very well been written about Agents and Corporations, Inc. The only reason it was not is because we are only ten-percent of their size. Although that may sound relatively small, few of the larger registered agents are Delaware-focused registered agent services. These specialized services are the ones that know the state's law the best. If you are not up on it, you are down on it. Often other services serve all 50 states and there is no way they can be on top of all the law changes in all 50 states at all times. In any case, you can argue up and down about the need for an attorney-based registered agent, but in the end it makes absolutely no difference. Wikipedia's inclusion criteria for companies are very clear, and IncNow does not meet them. If you want to change the criteria, go argue somewhere else. If you think I'm wrong about your company meeting the criteria, prove it. The Strategis page is currently (as of this version) marked with several "failed verifications" because facts in the article are referenced with links to web pages that do not, in fact, verify the cited facts. For example, the page lists Ashworth Awards as a client of Strategis, and links to Ashworth Awards' home page (here), a page that does not mention any involvement of Strategis in Ashworth's marketing efforts. The same is true for all of Strategis' other listed clients. In order to verify these facts, a link to a page that actually mentions Strategis' involvement in the marketing efforts of the client would be needed -- preferably a link to an independent source, such as a magazine article profile Strategis' involvement in the marketing effort in question. The subject of the article clearly exists, and the article contains claims of notability. That is sufficient to warrant an AfD. Determining whether, once the misinformation within the article is corrected, it would still be notable is beyond the scope of CSD review. From WP:HOAX Suspected hoaxes should be investigated thoroughly, and only in extreme cases of blatant and obvious hoaxes should articles be tagged for speedy deletion as {{db-hoax}}. VisualDNA Imagini

Hi,

I'm having some trouble with the records I'm trying to edit for Imagini and VisualDNA.

The Imagini record is out of date, but when I try to update it my edits are rejected. The company no longer trades as Imagini or offers the services outlined in the record.

The record I wrote for VisualDNA, the new incarnation of the company is up to date, but has been rejected because of the out of date Imagini incorrect record.

Please can you tell me which record I should edit in order to bring the information properly up to date and avoid needless confusion.

The single source you provided (a press release speaking about VisualDNA (formerly known as Imagini)) is not a sufficient source. I tried to search for a source wherein Imagini announced a change of name, but could find none. When I visit VisualDNA.com, I find that the page copyright is still held by Imagini Holdings, Ltd, so I find that the evidence for a company name change is some scant. Izzy the Islander page

I'm new to adding content to wikipedia.

I started a page for Izzy the Islander, the mascot at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. I'd noticed that the University wiki didn't have any information on the mascot. Because I'm a new editor - I am unable to add photos, however I looked at Mascot entries from other Universities, and tried to include the same kind of information.

Individual team mascots are generally not considered notable enough to have their own Wikipedia articles. Unless there has been a significant amount of coverage from independent sources (i.e. not the school's own newspaper, or the local town papers), then the mascot should not have its own page. There is a brief mention of Izzy at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi#Athletics. If you have anything to add to that (based on reliable sources), please feel free to do so. wikipedia automatically? or people working at wikipedia are deleting my pages

hi wikidan61, I assume you're a human because a robot would be able to talk to me instantly methinks. I have a couple of questions. I created a couple of pages that were deleted for different reasons, but the reasons I created them was either to correct their title, because under edit, one can't change the title of a page. the other reason was to create a page for a show that had not yet been made, . If robots are deleting my pages that are just following programming but don't understand the concept of a show, then can you switch them off?. If humans are deleting my pages, can you ask them why. My reasoning is to create links on the list of television programs by name page to a page for each show. In some instances , shows exist within shows, like Terrence and Phillip or all my circuits . Just because there is something called the fourth wall, doesn't mean that these shows don't exist. And unless there is a limit to the internet, I think there should be a page for each show, otherwise the list on the page I mentioned wouldn't have links, and wikipedia's model of an information tree wouldn't exist. In one instance I created a link to a page for a show that had never aired , but a pilot was created, I would like to hear the person? who deleted the page for that pilot thought that it should not get it's own page, but I am more concerned with the show within shows concept being approved, so that each time I do create one, it doesn't get deleted. So far as I can tell, all of the articles you have "created" already existed under different names. For example, you "created" Carole and Paula in the Magic Garden by copying the contents of the existing article The Magic Garden (TV series). If the name of an article is not correct, there is a process to move pages. The reason that we prefer this process at Wikipedia is that it preserves the page history, which is a record of all of the edits that went into making the article what it is today. If you simply copy all of the content into a new page, it looks like you created all of the information yourself, which is a form of plagiarism. In the two cases that I can find (the Magic Garden example I have already noted and the Electra Woman and Dyna Girl case), your page moves are inappropriate. In the Magic Garden case, there is no evidence that the show ever went under the title you indicated. In the EW & DG case, there is not a need for the parenthetical information, because the second article (about the 2001 series) is not really sufficient for its own article. The single paragraph that already exists in the existing article is all that is needed. This is also the case for the article on The Edge of Space. As a segment of an existing program, it doesn't really rate its own article.

For these "shows within shows" that you feel deserve their own article, unless there has been significant coverage of these meta-shows in independent media, they do not pass the Wikipedia notability test, and any article written about them will likely be deleted anyway.

As for the lists, only actual TV shows should be listed. Meta-shows (shows within shows) should not be listed in articles about actual TV shows. For example, while we have an article on The Dick Van Dyke Show, we do not have an article (nor should any entries in any lists be created for) The Alan Brady Show, the fictitious program for which Dick and his cohorts wrote.

As for your show about Last Call, there is already an article about Last Call with Carson Daly. Since we don't need two articles on the same subject, your article was deleted. WikiDan61^ChatMe!_ReadMe!! 12:49, 28 August 2012 (UTC)

dear dan , as to the last call page that I created and was deleted, Last Call was a separate show from 1994 that I wrote an entire article about. Carson Daly was not a player on that show, but people such as Tad Low, Sue Ellicott, Elvis Mitchell, were some of the personalities on it. Given that you have had a troublesome start to your editing career here at Wikipedia, I would suggest that you create your Last Call article in your userspace (try here: User:Gatorbub/Last Call (1994 TV series)). Then, once you have something you think is ready, get someone with some experience (me, if you'd like, or anyone else) to review the article and make sure it is ready for publication. I was just informed that the Alan Brady show was not shown on the dick van dyke show , but just that the characters worked for it. Gator, as I mentioned above, shows within shows do not generally merit inclusion in Wikipedia unless there has been significant independent coverage of the show-within-the-show. As can be seen at the article for Itchy & Scratchy by the copious citations, that show has received sufficient coverage. Yes, you are supposed to cite relevant facts, but your link to Dings' university website only verifies that he is a professor, not that Senf studied under him, or that such tutelage is in any way notable. As I want to make the painters of Naive Art from Kovacica (considerably one of the best naive art school in the world) visible, but not as a promoter as you reply me on my contest, please, can you explain me, how somebody as ,for example, Mr Michal Povolny, who is 75 years old, without any knowledge about computer, Internet ... can make "alone" his page on Wikipedia? In the same very moment, he is one of the finest living painter of naive art. Should we wait that Mr Povolny die, and than we can make page on Wikipedia?

The Gallery of Naive Art in Kovacica is only institution with written biographies of painters in Serbian language. I made translation on google translator and that's it. Mr Polovny is not expected to make a page about himself on Wikipedia. That would be a conflict of interest. Nor are you supposed to make a page on his behalf because he wishes to be better known. That is promotion, and it is also forbidden. What is supposed to happen is that someone with no other motive than expanding the world's knowledge is supposed to create an article about Mr Polovny based on the reliable sources that exist that have written about Mr Polovny. But wait, there aren't any, so we can't make that article. No everyone gets to have a Wikipedia article. If he is "one of the finest living painters of naive art" as you say, then someone (other than the gallery that represents him, or some obscure blog) should have noticed that and written about him. If they have, then there is a reliable source and we can use that as the basis of an article. If is it like that, then I understand your point.Maybe the Kovacica gallery have the same problem as I have now.The same "reliable source" is for Zuzana Chalupova. Completely the same! from word to word. And Michal Povolny is "one of the finest painters of naive art" together with Alžbeta Čižikova and Jan Husarik. No, a source need not be in English, although that is preferable. The problem with the source you mentioned is that the document was created (or at least published) by the very gallery that is attempting to sell this artist's work, so it can't be considered reliable or neutral. Companies (and other entities) that are locally notable are not necessary globally notable. The secondary sources that are listed barely touch on Castle Comfort as a company, and only mention their charitable works as an item of local interest. If they had created a foundation that had national scope (and if this could be properly cited), that would be a different issue, but a company donating to its local community is hardly notable. I don't know what you're talking about. I found the page in my normal course of recent change patrolling (something I like to do here at Wikipedia). There were no tags on the page when I found it. But I thought that the page did not adequately indicate why this company met the criteria for inclusion at Wikipedia, so I nominated it for deletion. I don't know what you mean by the phrase "flagged up", and I don't know who you think might have done this "flagging up". If you are asking whether someone from one of your competitor companies has asked me to nominate that page, the answer is no, and I resent the implication. Speedy deletion

Hello, Dan. I see that you put a PROD on Biztosítás szakértő, saying "Article written in Hungarian that, should it be translated, would duplicate content already contained at Actuary. Had it been written in English, it would be a speedy deletion candidate under WP:CSD#A10." However, I don't see that not being in English invalidates CSD A10: it still duplicates an existing article, so I have speedily deleted it. I chose the PROD route as it allows for a fuller explanation of the reason. A simple {{db-a10}} might not have passed unless the reviewing administrator took the time to translate the page to evaluate that it actually did duplicate existing content. Based on the deletion log, the article has been deleted twice as blatant advertising or promotion. As I recall the last version I had read, your description of the album content was still somewhat promotional and non-neutral, and not based on any sources. You cannot just say that an album contains a lovely blend of house and reggae (or whatever other words you choose to use); you must indicate that some reliable source has described the album that way. Based on your username, and your admission that you are an intern for the album's label, any article you write on the topic is going to be subjected to extra scrutiny.

I gather that your assignment as an intern has been to create as many Wikipedia pages about this company's artists and products as possible.
