Illegal Immigrants Mirgrating to Australia

This is not information, it is my point of view and involved mild research.

Many Australians are disgusted at the idea of immigrants from Afghanistan and other war torn countries

coming to our land on their make-shift boats.

Let me just put it out there that the only people who should have a say in people migrating to the

country are the Indigenous Australians, as this is their land which the "White Man" stole from them.

Now let me say that I think I am the least racist person in the world and frankly I am disgusted by the

way my school mates, family and friends talk about people from different religions and also people from different races. Quoting my Mum- "We should just shoot the boats and make them swim back to their sand caves." I was disgusted. Conversation between my friend and I... Me- "What's your opinion on the 'Boat People' coming to Australia?" Him- "I think they should all turn around and go home!" Me- "But what you call their 'Home' may have been destroyed." Him- "Oh, well I don't want them here their ALL terrorists." Me- "What..."

Right now the world is looking at Australia in disgust as we are all "racists", I agree, about 98% of our population are racist.

For the other two percent which I hope and also think includes myself, I feel appalled by the fact that the Australians that are not racist are being depicted as the rest of the country... All I'm trying to say is everyone deserves a second chance and you can't give a country a name because of some bad eggs...
