Harrison Douglass[edit]

Your move has confused me slightly - you moved Harrison Douglass to User:HRRSN and it would appear that I added a CSD:A7 tag to that user page, but I think I added it to the article. Was the tag on the article and then moved to the user page by you, or have I, in error, added the tag to the user page? Thanks, ConconJondor (talk) 14:29, 6 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The page was tagged when it was in article space. I noted it was obviously an user page that was created by a new user by mistake to the article space, and I moved it to the userspace (without leaving the redirect behind) and deleted the tag afterwards. --wwwwolf (barks/growls) 14:34, 6 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Userspace[edit]

>>OK, thank you for faster response this time, and for mopping up this page. How about your user page, and the external promotion I mentioned? That is still a whole lot of non-project content. Please seek some alternate wiki host for material like this - surely one or two pages worth of material isn't too difficult to migrate?

Done. I was looking for an excuse to redo the page anyway, so this worked out well. The_Iconoclast (talk) 16:42, 24 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image File:U7-Exult-Wayfarer.jpg[edit]

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:U7-Exult-Wayfarer.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. chess titans edit was deleted[edit]

Hello, recently I edited the chess titans wike page, and contributed two paragraphs and a .jpg of a screen shot... the paragraphs were a) limitations of chess titans as a chess computer program b) a winning strategy .

The contributed paragraphs were removed as a) uncited or unsupported b) violated GamePro rules of wikepedia . I posted in the discussion my reply and have not heard anything back from the deleting editor(?) bubba73 .

My discussion comments posted are http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Chess_Titans the 'Notes about article' section.

my edits can be viewed on the 'view history' section .

Please let me know what you think... I mention I can provide more links to articles of interviews with Mr. Kasparov, otherwise the application of the 'A winning strategy' is developed by myself from several thousand game-chess plays and my knowledge of game theory, complex systems and physics... I provide a cited screen shot of the reported risk function minima for demonstration though I leave it to the chess player to develop the defense and subsequent offense.

Created a new article and requesting your feedback and suggestions[edit]

Requesting feedback and advice on the article I have created. I am a graphic novel enthusiast and am naturally happy about high quality graphic novels starting up in India. This article is about a particularly good and popular Indian graphic comic/novel and would appreciate feedback, suggestions and advice. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Varunr/Level10_Comics Varunr (talk) 11:29, 16 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
