Hello Xoloz, I have followed your advices to improve SourceLair according to Wikipedia's philosophy. I don't know if I should change anything else or it is alright now and it just have to be reviewed by someone. Can you let me know? Thank you a lot, in advance. 1xristos2 (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 15:44, 9 July 2014 (UTC)

Bank of Utah[edit]

Can the first paragraph of the original change be removed and leave the Mission Statement? Or do I need to submit a replacement paragraph? As for the Mission Statement, how can it be listed without be a word for word copy? Also, 'utah' in the article title needs to be capitalized; can you make that change? Bruce2605 (talk) 23:35, 14 June 2014 (UTC)

I have created new content for the Bank of Utah page in my sandbox. Will you please review and move it to the correct spot (and under the correct capitalization of Bank of Utah)? Bruce2605 (talk) 15:21, 23 July 2014 (UTC)

Have you had a chance to review the new content in my sandbox for the Bank of Utah page? Bruce2605 (talk) 19:09, 2 January 2015 (UTC)

Too bad it got deleted. If it can be restored somehow I will put in the references and add some more detail. Rleir (talk) 14:56, 12 June 2014 (UTC)

Nintendo History Merges[edit]

One last question on Untitled Zelda Project. Is there any other alternative to make the history visible? Like for example a history merge with Legend of Zelda Project (2010)?

Oh and the early history of Donkey Kong Country Returns seems to be spread across Donkey Kong (Wii) & Donkey Kong Bongo Blast. Here [1] [2] and Here [3] [4]. SNS (talk) 05:24, 14 June 2014 (UTC)

Idea for The Beatles (album) move review[edit]

Firstly, thank you for putting that discussion to bed. It was past time for the next step. I'll wait a while and let another user start the move review, but I wanted your opinion on a point I plan on stressing in the move review (and that nobody touched on in the discussion). Namely, WP:NATURALDIS mentions that in the presence of two common names, the one without a need for parenthetical disambiguation will be preferred (i.e. "White Album"). How suitable will that point be to the move review? Dralwik|Have a Chat 21:43, 14 June 2014 (UTC)

Thanks for the feedback. I realize move review probably isn't going to change this outcome, and there isn't anything amiss with your specific closure, but I am hopeful that the heightened emphasis on policy will permit a clearer reaction to the policies in my argument without the noise over what "the proper name" would be, and give me an idea of how WP:NATURALDIS is received by the other side. My vote would likely be "overturn to relist via policy-based rationale," spelling out the relative lack of discussion on the policy merits of my idea. Dralwik|Have a Chat 02:29, 15 June 2014 (UTC)

Move review[edit]

I imagine that I'll have the move review set within a day's time, hopefully soon. Letting you know. Red Slash 06:19, 15 June 2014 (UTC)

It's official...[edit]

Move review for The Beatles (album)[edit]

An editor has asked for a Move review of The Beatles (album). Because you closed the move discussion for this page, or otherwise were interested in the page, you might want to participate in the move review. - I don't mean to disrespect you and I apologize to you if it was in any way disparaging to you on a personal level. I just think the close was not in the least bit in line with how we close move requests and how we're supposed to judge consensus here at Wikipedia. Red Slash 08:22, 15 June 2014 (UTC)

Understanding Islam (TV show)[edit]

Thank you. I have revised it, and I have added the awards. My regards.

Suelong Sae Ma[edit]

Could I get you to re-delete Suelong Sae Ma, an article you deleted per WP:BLPPROD yesterday? Less than twelve hours after deletion, someone recreated an identical, still unsourced version of the article. Thanks in advance. Sir Sputnik (talk) 16:50, 19 June 2014 (UTC)

I will make an inquiry to the new creator, and allow him time to source the article, as a gesture of kindness to a newbie. If the creator doesn't respond in a reasonable time, I will re-delete. Best wishes, Xoloz (talk) 16:54, 19 June 2014 (UTC)

What would you require to have this page re-instated? — Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 21:13, 20 June 2014 (UTC) Also can you please send or direct me to a copy of the last copy of the page prior to deletion so I have something to work with.

Deleted Article ? need to contact xoloz for assistance.[edit]

I wish to contact editor Xoloz . I need assistance with an article. I cannot figure out how to contact this editor. Any help would be appriciated User: 66phil This is in reference to a deleted article, aparently by your approval? It is difficult to understand what ay have been the reasoning as there were so many regstered references and cross reference in additon to being authored by myself, one of the founding members. I would like to relist it and I need to make sure I understand more completely the permeters. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66phil (talkcontribs) 21:27, 23 June 2014 (UTC)

Picture in Zelda article[edit]

Can you undelete the picture from the The Legend of Zelda (2015 video game)?

SNS (talk) 05:21, 23 June 2014 (UTC)

Unfortunately, I can't undelete that for you. I'm not an admin on Commons. Try contacting the admin who deleted it there. Best wishes, Xoloz (talk) 20:31, 23 June 2014 (UTC)

Suelong Sae Ma[edit]

Could re-delete this article again, and possibly salt it this time. It's been recreated a second time. As before, the article is identical (or almost) to previous versions and remains unsourced. Thanks in advance. Sir Sputnik (talk) 19:38, 25 June 2014 (UTC)

Apologies for missing this while I was on vacation. It seems another admin took care of it. Best wishes, Xoloz (talk) 18:15, 28 June 2014 (UTC)

Talk:All the Best![edit]

Can I ask you to do me a favor as a 3rdparty/admin/someone-who-supported please close the 3 RMs as "withdrawn by proposer"; with blatant canvass and the Talk:Hillary Rodham Clinton factor there's no value to the community in prolonging this. Would you mind? In ictu oculi (talk) 16:37, 1 July 2014 (UTC)

Okay, then maybe I should reconsider. Thanks for that perspective. By HRC factor I evidently mean this, yet again, if it isn't obvious. After such a heavy canvass in recent edits the well is poisoned whatever the result. But I suppose it can take it's course and some other poor admin will wrap it up when it clogs the backlog. No big issue either way, it's of minimal utility compared to creating content. Thanks again, appreciated it. In ictu oculi (talk) 18:10, 1 July 2014 (UTC)

Delete the talk page[edit]

Talk:Leon Jeronimo Radziwiłł, just like you had deleted the main page. Thanks OccultZone (TalkContributionsLog) 05:12, 3 July 2014 (UTC)

Suelong Sae Ma again[edit]

As before, the article is identical and still unsourced. Could you please delete it, and salt it this time so it doesn't get recreated again? Thanks in advance. Sir Sputnik (talk) 14:21, 3 July 2014 (UTC)

Can you undelete the history of Aquapod [5] & Talk:Aquapod (bottle)? SNS (talk) 04:44, 22 July 2014 (UTC)

Daniel Dombrowe[edit]

Dear Xoloz, I would kindly ask you to explain why you deleted the article about Daniel Dombrowe. There is no such thing as the promotion of himself as an entrepreneur nor as himself as the DJ. The main focus of this article lies on Mr Dombrowes efforts regarding the Baltic Soul Charity. A charity founded to support artists who have been betrayed by their management. This is an importand topic to Mr Dombrowe, to the artists and of course to a lot of people and Wikipedia Users. I would like to ask you for advice on how this article can be written to avoid any thoughts of promotion and on how it is possible to introduce Mr Dombrowe as a really important person in music business. Regards — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kradow soul01 (talkcontribs) 10:15, 25 July 2014 (UTC)

xpadder article[edit]

Hello Xoloz, I'm here, referred from a websearch of "xpadder" an article you removed. My question is, if many other articles about small free softwares are allowed, like SumatraPDF, why disallow this one?Semitones (talk) 14:45, 20 August 2014 (UTC)

Hi Xoloz. A while back you opposed my nomination for speedy deletion of the page Keith Loris. CCing @Ronz:, who was subsequently involved in wikifying that page. I have only nominated one or two pages for deletion, so could I call on you two for an opinion on whether Akiko Yuge merits a place in an encyclopaedia? Rui ''Gabriel'' Correia (talk) 22:01, 6 November 2014 (UTC)

As sourced, I think it is at high risk for deletion. With only those sources, the article seems undue with that amount of content. --Ronz (talk) 22:17, 6 November 2014 (UTC)
Thanks, Ronz, much appreciated. Rui ''Gabriel'' Correia (talk) 23:01, 6 November 2014 (UTC)

Nikki Phoenix[edit]

Hi Xoloz, hope things are well with you, I wanted to touch bases with you, and ask you if you could please check the article you moved into my sandbox regarding singer/writer/actress Nikki Phoenix, I refocused the article on her mainstream endeavors as you suggested to avoid the stygma of the adult business associations, as she now has an Album as well as songs out (available on iTunes, Amazon Etc.) and a book as well as numerous other accomplishments and awards nominations. I strongly feel that she more than meets requirements for Notability, but would love for you to check the article and see if it is good enough now or if I need to source more reference materiel.

Thanks again for encouraging me to work on the article more and not to be discouraged by some of the other editors I have interfaced with. Art javier (talk) 18:13, 24 December 2014 (UTC)Art_Javier sandbox 20:21, 16 December 2014 (UTC)

Global account[edit]

Hi Xoloz! As a Steward I'm involved in the upcoming unification of all accounts organized by the Wikimedia Foundation (see m:Single User Login finalisation announcement). By looking at your account, I realized that you don't have a global account yet. In order to secure your name, I recommend you to create such account on your own by submitting your password on Special:MergeAccount and unifying your local accounts. If you have any problems with doing that or further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me on my talk page. Cheers, —DerHexer (Talk) 00:01, 19 January 2015 (UTC)

Ming Xi[edit]

Hello, on April 2014 you deleted the Ming Xi page because of "Expired PROD, concern was: zero evidence of notability". I was wondering if you thought I could request a deletion review because this model has a huge notoriety in the modeling world. As an example of what the article could look like, you can check out the French one. I can provide some sources to you if you want me to. --MirandaKeurr (talk) 18:16, 22 January 2015 (UTC)

Notification of pending suspension of administrative permissions due to inactivity[edit]

Information icon Following a community discussion in June 2011, consensus was reached to provisionally suspend the administrative permissions of users who have been inactive for one year (i.e. administrators who have not made any edits or logged actions in more than one year). As a result of this discussion, your administrative permissions will be removed pending your return if you do not return to activity within the next month. If you wish to have these permissions reinstated should this occur, please post to the Wikipedia:Bureaucrats' noticeboard and the userright will be restored per the re-sysopping process (i.e. as long as the attending bureaucrats are reasonably satisfied that your account has not been compromised, that your inactivity did not have the effect of evading scrutiny of any actions which might have led to sanctions, and that you have not been inactive for a three-year period of time). If you remain inactive for a three-year period of time, including the present year you have been inactive, you will need to request reinstatement at WP:RFA. This removal of access is procedural only, and not intended to reflect negatively upon you in any way. We wish you the best in future endeavors, and thank you for your past administrative efforts.
