It is terrible of what you said to the person with autism.
It is the place for everyone, Wikipedia supports and accepts autistic users. And clearly you as an administrator do not know what rights an autistic person has. I don't know if its relevant or not but...
I saw you posted on Mygazthehealer's talk page, lifting the IP block exemption. This user has added in sources that violate Wikipedia rules/standards when it comes to BLPs to a certain page, and there's a whole discussion here about it, where I have tried to explain succinctly why those sources cannot be used.
