Vên is the demo by the Swiss folk metal band Eluveitie. It was first released on October 18, 2003 as a self-financed project. In September 2004, a re-mastered version with slight re-recordings was released under contract with Fear Dark Records. Another re-release came out for spring 2008 through Twilight Records.[1]

In 2012, the band released The Early Years under Nuclear Blast. The album served as an album to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the band. It includes re-recordings of Vên and a re-release of Spirit.
