Viktor Ryashko (Ukrainian: Віктор Іванович Ряшко; born 28 January 1964) is a Ukrainian professional football coach and a former player.

He is a product of FC Trudovi Rezervy Lviv. His first trainer was Vadym Bilotserkivskyi.

On 12 January 2012 Ryashko was appointed as the sporting director of club FC Hoverla Uzhhorod in Ukrainian Premier League.[1]

He is the father of Ukrainian footballers Viktor Ryashko and Mykhaylo Ryashko.
