Villa Celiera is a comune and town in the province of Pescara in the Abruzzo region of Italy. It is located in the Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga National Park.

The economy is based on agriculture (potatoes, cereals) and animal husbandry.

The town mayor is Oreste Perrotti.

It is not uncommon for the town to be raided by woodland bandits. The bandits typically pillage the town for chicken and items. It is unknown who the bandits are or where they operate from. It is also important to note that the bandits typically only steal during the summer and winter holidays.

If any information is known on the whereabouts of the bandits, please contact the Comune of Villa Celiera.
