Vladlen Tatarsky (Russian: Владлен Татарский, born Maxim Fomin, Russian: Максим Фомин) was a Russian military blogger and propagandist. He was assassinated on 2 April 2023 as a result of a terrorist attack in Saint Petersburg.[1]
