Beyond This Place (US: Web of Evidence) is a 1959 British film based on the novel, of the same name, by A. J. Cronin. It was directed by Jack Cardiff and stars Van Johnson and Vera Miles.

The film tells the story of Paul Mathry, a man who left Britain for the United States as a child evacuee, and who returns to Liverpool twenty years later. Believing his father, Patrick, had died a war hero, he is shocked to discover he is alive and serving a life sentence in prison for murder. Paul embarks upon his own investigation and finds the true culprit, clearing his father's name.
