Wikipedia is not a democracy or an anarchy. Wikipedia is a cluocracy. Disputes are resolved in favor of whoever offers the best reasoning – not in terms of rhetoric but in terms of his or her understanding of the established policies and guidelines of Wikipedia and of knowing what works and what doesn't.
