Transportation

The following public transportation routes are available to and from local airports and Amtrak.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)

Airport to hotel:

The airport has its own Metro station. From Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport station:

• Take Blue Line towards Largo to Rosslyn Station, and then transfer to the Silver Line towards Wiehle Reston, and get off at Spring Hill Metro Station (or Tysons Corner Metro Station).

OR

• Take Yellow Line towards Fort Totten or Greenbelt to L'Enfant Plaza Station, and then transfer to the Silver Line towards Wiehle Reston, and get off at Spring Hill Metro Station (or Tysons Corner Metro Station).

Hotel to airport:

From Spring Hill Metro Station or Tysons Corner Metro Station:

• Take Silver Line towards Largo to Rosslyn Station, and then transfer to the Blue Line towards Franconia-Springfield, and get off at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport station.

OR

• Take Silver Line towards Largo to L'Enfant Plaza Station, and then transfer to the Yellow Line towards Huntington or Franconia-Springfield, and get off at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport station.

Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)

Dulles does not have its own Metro station. This is the nearest airport to the hotel, and it is about $20-$25 taxi fare. You can also take the $5 Silver Line Express bus operated by Washington Flyer for transportation between the airport and its nearest Metro station.

Airport to hotel:

• From Dulles arrivals area, take the Washington Flyer Silver Line Express Bus to Wiehle-Reston East Metrorail Station. Take the Silver Line towards Largo to Spring Hill Metro Station or Tysons Corner Metro Station.

Hotel to airport:

• From Spring Hill Metro Station or Tysons Corner Metro Station, take the Silver Line towards Wiehle-Reston East Metrorail Station and get off at Wiehle-Reston East Metrorail Station. Take the Washington Flyer Silver Line Express Bus to Dulles.

Union Station

Union Station functions an Amtrak station, bus terminal, and Metro station. When arriving via any of these modes, you must follow signs towards the Metro, bus, or Amtrak platforms to transfer.

Station to hotel:

• From Union Station, take Red Line towards Shady Grove to Metro Center station, and then transfer to the Silver Line towards Wiehle Reston, and get off at Spring Hill Metro Station or Tysons Corner Metro Station.

Hotel to station:

• From Spring Hill Metro Station or Tysons Corner Metro Station, take the Silver Line towards Largo to Metro Center, and then transfer to the Red Line towards Glenmont, and get off at Union Station.
