Wiki Loves Pride is a global campaign to expand and improve LGBT+ content across several Wikimedia projects. Most activities of Wiki Loves Pride take place between June and October, traditionally the months when lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) communities around the world celebrate LGBT culture and history. The campaign is supported by Wikimedia LGBT+, a user group that promotes the development of content on Wikimedia projects which is of interest to LGBT+ communities. When you make an edit, in the edit summary, use the hashtag #PrideSTL19 to tag your edit. This way, we know how many edits were made in relation to this great campaign!

The St. Louis Wiki Loves Pride 2019 project will run through the month of June. This meeting is about getting started to talk about the project and orient new editors. A second meeting is being planned for June 12. Anyone wishing to join may contribute to the agenda on the talk page.

Visit the Eventbrite page to reserve your free ticket. There is also a facebook event to share.
