Wikipedia:WikiProject African diaspora
![]() | This is a WikiProject, an area for focused collaboration among Wikipedians. New participants are welcome; please feel free to join! |
WikiProject African diaspora aims to improve all articles related to the cultural contributions of people of African descent all over the world. The African diaspora is the story of how Africans, though scattered and dispersed, managed to preserve cultural traditions while, at the same time, creating new identities influenced by new homelands in places outside Africa.

Article Assessments[edit]
Project Afro assessments needs your help. You can:
- Assess articles (it's ok if you're not 100% sure about where you place an article.)
- Work on top importance articles first (especially the ones that aren't at least B class)
- Expand African Americans in Davenport, Iowa. Suggestions are welcome regarding what should be included.
