The scope of Phase IV includes biographies: anyone who served on or commanded a battleship or battlecruiser who is important enough to warrant an article here. This includes men who achieved the rank of admiral, men who received awards for actions on or relating to their service, or men who won a victory for their country in battle with battleships or battlecruisers.
