Emeth is a loyal worshipper of the Calormene god Tash in The Last Battle. He is of the Tarkaan noble class and is a young, handsome officer in the Tisroc's army, and with Rishda Tarkaan and the Calormene army he invades Narnia. Prior to the final battle, upon hearing Shift and Rishda Tarkaan's claim that Tash and Aslan were one and the same, he determinedly ventured into the stable seeking Tash, despite Rishda's appeals for him to stop. He encounters and fights a Calormene who was waiting within to kill whomever entered; when he discards the body out the stable door, Risda pretends that the corpse is his, killed by Tash. After Emeth has continued his search for Tash for some time in the beautiful land within the stable, Aslan comes to him and, much to Emeth's surprise, welcomes him, explaining that he was the one Emeth had truly seeked and served all of his life. After this, the Friends of Narnia discover and immediately take to him. Together, they all join Aslan in the new Narnia.

Ginger[edit]

Ginger is a devious and clever cat who joins in the plot with Rishda Tarkaan to manipulate Puzzle and replace Shift as the mouthpiece of "Tashlan," the invented combination of Tash and Aslan. Ginger first joined leagues with Rishda and Shift by devising and spreading the tale that Aslan killed a blasphemous King Tirian, terrorizing the creatures by making them fear Aslan. Ginger thus continues to tarnish the reputation of the King, and spreads further lies about Aslan, plotting with Rishda Tarkaan to capture Narnia as a Calormene province. In a plot to slaughter Narnians who would oppose them, Rishda and Ginger arrange for the cat to volunteer to enter the stable to "see Tashlan" and return unscathed, while all who followed would be slaughtered by a soldier within. When Ginger confidently struts into the barn expecting to find only a Calormene guard, he is instead met with the real Tash. He is literally "scared out of his mind" and becomes a dumb beast without the powers of speech. Like "a ginger-coloured streak of lightening," he shot out of the stable, up a tree, and out of sight forever.

Jewel[edit]

Jewel is a Unicorn in The Last Battle. He is the dearest friend of Tirian, the last King of Narnia; they are described as being as close as brothers, each one having saved the other's life in battle. Jewel is lovely, with a creamy white body and a blue horn, but he can be as deadly as he is beautiful, which is shown when, horrified at the slaughter of Narnia's holy trees and the enslavement of its talking horses, he and Tirian kill two of the Calormene soldiers supervising the logging. Ashamed of these rash murders, Jewel and Tirian turn themselves in for judgement to the Calormenes, asking to be brought before Aslan. When Tirian is taken away, Jewel is tied behind the stable at the Calormene army's and Shift's headquarters and sentenced to execution, but he is released after Jill and Eustace come to Narnia's aid. With the others, Jewel fights for Narnia against the Calormenes, and after the battle, at the end of that world, he joins the others beyond the stable door, and, going further up and further in, comes to the real Narnia.

Lasaraleen[edit]

Lasaraleen is a Tarkheena, or a Calormene noblewoman. An aquaintance of Aravis from earlier days, Lasaraleen spots her while she was attempting to sneak through Tashbaan. She hides Aravis and the horses, gives her supplies for the journey ahead, and helps her, Hwin and Bree escape. While they are sneaking through the palace, they are forced to hide from the Tisroc, and in the process, inadvertently hear the plans of Prince Rabadash, placing them both in mortal danger. However, Aravis and Lasaraleen both successfully escape and part ways.

Lasaraleen loves attention, fashion, parties, gossip, and her pet monkey. Married young in the tradition of Calormene nobility, she doesn't understand why Aravis refuses to marry Ahoshta Tarkaan, the grand vizier. Flighty and at times selfish, still proves herself a loyal friend to Aravis, although the two fail to understand each other's ways.

Nikabrik[edit]

Nikabrik is a Black Dwarf who appears in Prince Caspian. He is described as having black hair. Nikabrik is a friend of both Trumpkin the Red Dwarf and Trufflehunter the Badger, though he later turns against them. His doom comes when he finally loses hope of Old Narnia ever overcoming their Telmarine oppressors and teams up with a Hag and a Wer-wolf, who attempt to conjure the White Witch back to life. Their plan fails, however, as Caspian, his tutor Doctor Cornelius, and Trufflehunter disagree with the plan and an ensuing fight occurs when Peter and Edmund Pevensie, led by Trumpkin, charge in to join the good Narnians, killing Nikabrik and the two creatures. After the fight, the good Narnians plan to deliver Nikabrik's body to the Black Dwarfs to receive a proper burial. Later on in the book, it is mentioned that Nikabrik was a true Old Narnian deep inside, though he had not survived to see Narnia liberated.
