Welcome to WikiProject San Francisco 49ers! The project was formed on November 23, 2008 as a branch off of the NFL Project to bring together Wikipedians who are interested in creating and improving articles relating to the San Francisco 49ers.

If you feel that you can help out in this project, please become a member by joining the list of members. If you don't know what to write or where to begin, or if you have doubts or ideas on how to improve an article, please address the project's discussion area.

Goals

The project aims primarily to:

Create and expand the coverage of articles whose content is connected to the San Francisco 49ers organization.
Set up consistent structural and graphical layouts for displaying information on these articles.
Bring as much content as possible about the 49ers to featured status.

Assess : Tag appropriate talk pages with {{WikiProject San Francisco 49ers}} and update the classification of articles in Category:Unassessed San Francisco 49ers articles and Category:Unknown-importance San Francisco 49ers articles.

Other : Expand active membership.
