Wolfgang Dziony was born August 29, 1949 in Elze, Germany. He was a drummer and percussionist with the German heavy metal/hard rock band Scorpions from 1965 to 1972.

The cover of the compilation album Psychedelic Gems 2, where 2 early Scorpions recordings appear, incorrectly states that "Wolfgang Dziony later died in an accident". Dziony is as of 2018 still alive and playing in the band Ballroom Hamburg Allstars.[1]

He appeared on:

  • Lonesome Crow (1972)
  • History of German Rock 1972–1976 (1976)

  • The Last Hard Men (2001)
