Yukon is an unincorporated community in eastern Texas County, Missouri, United States. It is located at the junction of Route 17 and Route 137 about nine miles east of Houston. The community was founded in 1900 and is named after the Gold rush in the Yukon that occurred in 1898-1899.[1] Its post office is closed, and mail now comes from nearby Houston.
