Decline reason:

All your contributions are self-promotion, see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Alphabet Bodor Cristian and are also, not to put too fine a point on it, entirely worthless.  Sandstein  18:51, 13 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

He is a member of the Simplified Spelling Society, adding the Language reform with the International Phonetic Alphabet on pages with language topics, with the current form for writing

Decline reason:

That does not address the reason for your block or why you should be unblocked. And, as Sandstein said above and I have said repeatedly, you are a useless editor who has done nothing on this project other than try to promote your own ill-informed alphabet. If you continue to abuse the unblock request, this talk page will be locked so you can not edit it any more. rʨanaɢ talk/contribs 10:53, 21 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

As you may realize, your past editing record has left you with a very bad reputation here. If you have any ideas for changing your approach in the future, you could make a new appeal, but you will have to do so by email. You may write to unblock-en-l@lists.wikimedia.org. You are advised to take careful note of the advice given in WP:Guide to appealing blocks if you want your appeal to be successful. EdJohnston (talk) 19:38, 21 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
