How to capture DVD screenshots with Mac OS X

Play the desired DVD with the DVD Player application and pause at the frame you want to capture. Start up the Terminal application (be sure it doesn't get in front of the DVD Player window), type screencapture -c and press the enter key. This will place a screencapture onto the clipboard. Use an image editing application (such as Photoshop Elements), create a new blank canvas, and paste the screencapture onto that canvas. Voila.
