Reverting legitimate edits[edit]

I changed "libertarian" to "proprietarian" because libertarian refers to a political philosophy in favor of liberty and against control by capitalists, states, and religion, while Reason magazine is a pro-capitalist publication. Recently, a small group of pro-capitalist ideologues have attempted to corrupt the term.

Page blanked by author[edit]

Hi. Though page blanking is usually vandalism and needs to be reverted, it is worth looking first at the page history, because quite often the author has blanked his own page, as with Mary Mackey just now. In those cases the best thing is to tag it {{db-author}}. It can be confusing for an author who realises his page is inappropriate and blanks it, if his page is at once restored and he is accused of vandalism for the blanking and told it was unconstructive. Bot0811[edit]

Hi David, your bot does not seem to have had approval from WP:BAG yet, since your request doesn't appear in the current discussions. Would you like to fix this, and I can approve AWB when it's been considered? Thanks. Rodhullandemu 13:18, 30 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry to disappoint your first BRFA request. We have strict policies in running bots here to avoid damage it can possibly do. That is why we approve BRFAs from "trusted" users only. I suggest you to gain enough experience by using AWB from your own account and understand using it properly for various purposes and come to BRFA for specific tasks. Let me know if you need any help or advice. -- Tinu Cherian - 15:53, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, If he wants to change his own talk page, let him. Sorry about the misunderstanding.

viral videos reverted change[edit]

thanks!

Long Term Effects of Cannabis[edit]

The change I made to the article had reasonable cause that you completely neglect to discuss. I simply removed mention of a study that had blatent cross-contamination of substance abuse, and an uncited section that has existed since 2008. Upon reading your talk page it seems you may auto-revert some articles edited by non-registered users, but the "Reason for change" section exists for a reason, and I would strongly suggest you consider taking a look at it next time you revert something. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.248.208.182 (talk) 18:29, 5 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
