I am a Lecturer in Law in the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology Sydney.

I teach and write on the legal, regulatory and governance challenges involved in the delivery of safe, effective and sustainable healthcare services. At present, I focus on the regulatory practice of health law, public health law and criminal law, applying both theoretical and empirical methods in aid of advancing legal and regulatory strategies to reduce the burden of healthcare-related harm and death.

I was previously a Lecturer in Health Services Management in the Faculty of Health at the University of Technology.

I have an interest in editing and expanding material on healthcare and law. I have a particular interest in Australian aspects of both topics, as well as particular expertise in health law.
