Warhol's Early Life contains a misprint[edit]

Warhol was not a hypochondriac, he had Nosocomephobia. Hypochondria means that you constantly seek medical attention for everything. Warhol had an intense fear or hospitals. Completely different. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.180.188.115 (talk) 18:05, 18 April 2015 (UTC)

If you have a source, it can be corrected. Willondon (talk) 19:27, 18 April 2015 (UTC)

Original text: Other members of Warhol's Factory crowd included Freddie Herko, Ondine, Ronald Tavel, Mary Woronov, Billy Name, and Brigid Berlin (from whom he apparently got the idea to tape-record his phone conversations).[31]

Please change to: "Other members of Warhol's Factory crowd included Freddie Herko, Ondine, Ronald Tavel, Mary Woronov, Billy Name, artist Richard Bernstein who painted the covers of Interview Magazine in the 1970s and 1980s and Brigid Berlin (from whom he apparently got the idea to tape-record his phone conversations).[31]

Campbell's Soup was created 1962 and not 1968 like picture says Carsonseaman (talk) 04:34, 15 December 2016 (UTC)

Not done for now: You'll need to provide more information. According to this source (one of the references used in the article) and this source, it might have been 1968. The file name suggests it's 1968. How can we be sure that this low-resolution image is from one of the original paintings and not from the later portfolio? I'd ask the user who uploaded it, but they haven't contributed in over a decade. RivertorchFIREWATER 05:42, 15 December 2016 (UTC)

Andy Warhol died of suicide on February 29th 1987 by stabbing himself with a medieval sword he found amazing. XXproWriter999Xx (talk) 14:07, 8 May 2017 (UTC)

Change "It was reported at the time that, unlike the three artists before him, Warhol declined the use of a small scale practice model and opted instead to immediately and directly paint onto the full-scale automobile but there is photographic evidence to the contrary" to "It was reported at the time that, unlike the three artists before him, Warhol opted to paint directly onto the automobile himself instead of letting technicians transfer his scale-model design to the car."

Keep the current citation. SouthwestEd (talk) 19:34, 10 May 2017 (UTC)
