English: Spring 1991. View of protest wall west side from top of library. Student art protesting to keep "quality affordable education." Eight students arrested sitting in front of wall on right side grass area near steps. They successfully stopped the administration from painting over the mostly political art. As word spread over night, the following morning other students took up sitting in front of wall. Local News media showed up to cover protest. The painters were unsuccessful and called off by the administration.
