Leilani Sarelle Figalan (born 28 September 1966) is an American actress. She is best known for her role as Roxy in the 1992 film Basic Instinct.[1]
Early life and career[edit]
Sarelle was born on September 28, 1966, in Los Angeles County, California, United States.[2] She has a sister, actress Melani Paul.
Sarelle graduated from William S. Hart Senior High School in Newhall, California, with the Class of 1984. She then attended the College of the Canyons and later graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor's degree in French. Additionally, she earned a certification in wine studies from iCue Culinary School.[2]
Sarelle has been acting in films since 1985. In 1992, she played Roxy in Basic Instinct, Sharon Stone's character's lover.

Personal life[edit]
From 1991 to 2003, Sarelle was married to actor Miguel Ferrer. They had two sons together: Lukas, born in 1993, and Rafael, born in 1996.
Sarelle also had a domestic partnership with fashion designer Amal Guessous. During this relationship, she had a daughter named Sarah Rita, who is either her first or third child according to different sources.
