WFL is a disgrace (there is no cash option.) KY should have joined the MUSL secondary game Hot Lotto when Lotto South was discontinued, as KY is a MUSL member (all of which offer Powerball). Neighboring West Virginia offers Hot Lotto. 216.179.123.145 14:42, 22 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

KY is considering Hot Lotto in its FY 2009; they also are reviewing WFL. I agree Hot Lotto should replace WFL. Loveyourcar (talk) 14:39, 16 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know if providing a "complete" list of a lottery's scratch games is a good idea. (The Minnesota State Lottery page also does this.) It's not so much adding new games; it's keeping track of games that are no longer offered. Different lotteries have different policies as to informing the public that certain scratch games have been discontinued. 216.179.123.52 17:28, 24 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
