• Delete. On the description pages, the uploader wrote "Evidence: The license statement can be found online at: http://jennifercarroll.com". The statement on that website reads "Copyright © 2013-2014 Jennifer S.Carroll. All rights reserved." • This file was previously listed here (see discussion). However, that discussion was regarding the issue of Freedom of Panorama, and the inherent usability here on en.wiki. That is not the issue I raise here. The concern I have is the image is sourced to a file that no longer exists on Commons. The original source identification is lost. Without it, we have no means of ascertaining if the author of the image has in fact released the issue under the cc-by-sa licenses indicated. There are two copyright issues at stake here; the issue of FOP addressed in the earlier PUF (and cleared) and the issue of the rights of the author of the image. We can not ignore the author's rights. This image is slated to become the picture of the day in November. We need to clear this up, and properly assert the source of the image and the proper copyright status if it can be ascertained. If it can't, then regardless of its status as a featured picture, it would need to be deleted. Hammersoft (talk) 20:58, 15 August 2014 (UTC)
