Untitled[edit]

The information was composed by using various websites, publications, and Kathrin Becker's official site. The article is also a translation of the German Wikipedia article about Kathrin Becker.Highartist2007 01:03, 4 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The information was COPIED from those websites, and arbitrarily changing 2-3 words here or there does not make it kosher. copyright violations cannot be allowed at Wikipedia. That you used several sources, and that you attempted to put the information into an article at Wikipedia is a good idea; however what you need to do is to read these sources, and write this article in your own words, as wholly original text. To cut and paste from other sites, and to randomly change a word here or there, is a copyright violation and verboten at Wikipedia. --Jayron32|talk|contribs 01:16, 4 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I just created a new text, using some more infos, and hope that now it meets the rules.Highartist2007 01:28, 4 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I removed the notice. Thank you for cleaning this up. It looks better now. The article will need lots of work to be a quality article, but it is no longer a copyright violation. I will be presently moving the article to the properly capitalized title, as well, since the current title is wrong. --Jayron32|talk|contribs 01:37, 4 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your remarks, and please see the latest version.Highartist2007 01:41, 4 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This page reads like a bloody CV! It's a disgrace to Wikipedia to have this here! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 118.100.117.17 (talk) 17:34, 20 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
