Afsharid Iran[edit]

Semi-protection: Persistent disruptive editing – Never ending ethno-nationalistic disruption altering sourced info by IPs/new users thanks to the state sponsored Historical_negationism#Azerbaijan and Falsification of history in Azerbaijan. Afsharid dynasty suffers from similar issues and thus got a long protection, can this please get the same?. HistoryofIran (talk) 14:12, 9 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

User(s) blocked: 37.61.112.0/22 (talk · contribs) blocked by Daniel Case. for two weeks. Will leave CTOPS notice on talk page. Daniel Case (talk) 20:53, 9 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Indefinite extended confirmed protection: Persistent disruptive editing. 48JCL TALK 14:19, 9 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Many of the editors who engaged in the recent edit warring were EC ... upgrading to that level of protection would have no effect on them. If that's what prompted this report, the CTOPS designation allows to impose 1RR instead. Would you prefer that? Daniel Case (talk) 21:01, 9 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thirupaachi[edit]

Semi-protection: High level of IP vandalism. 141.132.22.23 (talk) 14:25, 9 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Declined – Not enough recent disruptive activity to justify protection. Not as much as these other Indian films reported today. Daniel Case (talk) 21:12, 9 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

List of members of the 18th Lok Sabha[edit]

Temporary semi-protection: Persistent vandalism – Very difficult to track the unscrupulous activities like change of data by ips. Admantine123 (talk) 18:10, 9 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  • Automated comment: A request for protection/unprotection for one or more pages in this request was recently made, and was denied at some point within the last 8 days.—cyberbot ITalk to my owner:Online 18:11, 9 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Can you give some diffs of the kind of edits you want protection to prevent? The edit history looks very calm. Daniel Case (talk) 21:53, 9 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Stanford University[edit]

Reason: High level of WP:SPA edit-warring. GuardianH (talk) 18:19, 9 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Consider the edit warring noticeboard – This is a case of possible edit-warring by one or two users. Daniel Case (talk) 21:57, 9 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Simon Cheng[edit]
