Women in Red

This project was founded nine years ago. It has been the one of the largest projects on Wikipedia. It has 30 sister projects in different languages. It has and has had hundreds of members. It has run over 300 editathons. Thats a lot of people volunteering for hours on end. Are you sure that you have a consensus from that project before you decide to "tidy up". You are removing other peoples work. Please stop, reverse your actions, please .... or can you point to the consensus from that project's members? You are destroying morale IMO for no real benefit. There are other ways of actually adding to Wikipedia and we'd be pleased to discuss how this might happen. Victuallers (talk) 14:52, 7 May 2024 (UTC)

I understand they were left unused, but now I've started linking these templates to the players' articles. If you can please remove them before I can get started - as the deletion notice on the template will prompt other editors to remove the template from the said pages. I know they can be added by anyone, but they should be added by the person who created the template. I won't withdraw my nomination before they are correctly used, as there could be a situation where at the end of the day, even with the best intentions, they are still left unused.
