This page is not unambiguously promotional, because, stub, yes, room for improvement, yes, only promotional, no. Youth hosteling is a worldwide experience and HI-Canada was the first organisation of its type in North America. NtheP (talk) 08:18, 21 November 2012 (UTC)

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... No more or less notable or promotional than any other of the associations in Category:Hostelling International member associations.
