The Beatles were a group of four musicians that epitomised the popular culture of Britain, indeed much of the English speaking world during the 1960s and early 1970's. The members of the group were: JohnLennon, PaulMcCartney, GeorgeHarrison and RingoStarr (RichardStarky) were all from LiverpoolEngland.
