John N. Clarke (born ) is a Canadian author and diplomat.

Career

Joined the Office of the Quartet in March 2016 [1], having previously served with the United Nations in different roles.[2] Humanitarian Liaison Officer in the Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery (United Nations Development Programme, New York)

From 1999-2000, served as a Policy Advisor to Canada’s then Minister of Foreign Affairs, Lloyd Axworthy.

He completed a PhD at Cambridge University (Peterhouse) and held a Post-doctoral fellowship at Yale University.

Serves on a voluntary basis as the Chair of The Clarke Education Foundation.
