Multi-unit abutments (MUA), are most commonly used with dental implants[1][2] in "All-on-Four" protocols. They are abutments designed for screw-retained group restorations,[3] which are often used in combination with angled dental implants[4] and whole arch replacements, they are used for screw fixation of bridges made of zirconium or metal-ceramic group restorations to the implant. Multi-unit abutments offer a level of predictable esthetics, with consistent fit and function.[5][6][7]
