ACH Volley is a professional men's volleyball team, based in Ljubljana. ACH Volley plays in the Slovenian League, Slovenian Cup, MEVZA League and the European Champions League. ACH is ranked 24th (as of October 2016) in the Men's European clubs ranking.[1]

Arena

The team play their home matches at Tivoli Hall and Arena Stožice in Ljubljana. Before the club was relocated to Ljubljana, they played at Bled Hall in Bled.

In addition to the team, the organizing committee also received awards for its work.

  • The IABC – International Association of Business Communicator fromSan Francisco, California, USA, awarded the project of the volleyball club the Golden Quill Merit Award 2006 for strategic communications.
  • The ACH Volley team received the highest award handed out by Slovenian sport journalists for their achievements in volleyball and were crowned the Team of the Year 2007 in Slovenia.
  • CEV awarded ACH Volley with the IECL Press Award for the best PR work in the European Champions League in the 2007–08. The team also won the SPORTO 2008 award at the annual marketing and sponsorship in sport conference in Portorož.
  • In 2010, the team received the SPORTO 2010 award for the best brand among Slovenian sports teams, as shown by an independent research conducted by Mediana. They won the same award again in 2011.
